The practice of DN Bell & Associates is a boutique Tax and Business Services Practice, which commenced on 1^st February 1987 and has since built a strong base of business clients from a diverse range of industries, from commercial fishing to construction, dentists and pharmacies, motor vehicle repairers, retailers, contractors, property developers, transport operators etc.

Located in Cavenagh Street in the CBD, in the middle of the old Chinatown area, the practice sits snugly in 208m2 of recently refurbished offices with particular attention paid to the Feng Shui of the office layout.

Over the years the office has accommodated up to 10 staff, but over recent years has become more focused on the electronic outsourcing of accounting work to MYOB Accounts resourcing, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  The result of this has been that the accountants focus more on managing the flow of work, than doing all the ground work and preparation of work papers, with the outsourced work.

Team members enjoy a flexible approach to their working week, managing their start and finish times to meet their own lifestyle commitments, whilst maintaining their individual productivity budgets.

Professional development is achieved through both in-house training sessions and the attendance of externally run courses and online training.
